Terms and Conditions

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the information contained on this website is accurate and up to date, PIXC LTD trading as HD CCTV Solutions can not be held liable for any omissions, errors or price changes. All products are subject to availability. Your statutory rights are not affected by any of the following terms and conditions.

1. Price

All items on this website are offered at the price shown on screen and are exclusive of United Kingdom VAT. Payment for goods may be made by secure credit card transaction or Paypal on this website. There are no additional charges applied to credit card purchases. Cheques should be made payable to PIXC Ltd. All prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are accepted.

2. VAT

All items exclude VAT, this will be added at point of check out.

3. Delivery

Please ensure that the correct delivery address details are entered when ordering. Redelivery, as a result of incorrect information entered at the time of ordering, will incur a charge.

Orders will be dispatched only when:
1. The order is placed and all security checks have been completed.
2. All items on the order are in stock and available for delivery.
3. Cleared funds have been received in full for the order total.

There will be additional delivery charges for offshore addresses and some Scottish Highland postcodes. Please call for a delivery quote if you require delivery to an offshore address. The items on our site are in stock, unless otherwise stated, and under normal circumstances will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders paid for by a credit or debit card will only be delivered to the card billing address unless prior arrangements have been made.

Delivery Failures - Depending on the method of delivery the following terms will apply to failed deliveries.

Delivery of goods exceeding 30kg - We or our nominated carrier will contact you to agree a delivery date with you. Should you not be available when your order arrives, after having agreed a delivery day, we may charge a redelivery fee of £14.99.

Delivery by Pallet Delivery Service - Once the goods have been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a call from the courier to ensure you are available on the preferred date. Should you not be available when the courier arrives, the goods may be returned to our warehouse and a failed delivery fee of £35 may be applied to your order, regardless of whether the order is redelivered or cancelled. If the delivery failure is due to arrival outside of the agreed time window, then the failed delivery fee will not be charged.

Please note that it is your responsibility to be available to accept delivery at the previously arranged date/time.

All deliveries are carried out by third parties and HD CCTV Solutions will not be held liable for damage to goods whilst in transit or deliveries that fall outside the specified delivery timescale.

Delivery Damages - If goods arrive damaged please sign for them as damaged and contact HD CCTV Solutions to arrange for a collection or replacement parts. You will not be charged for the collection of goods that are delivered damaged. Upon receipt of the returned goods at our warehouse your original transaction will be refunded to you or a replacement item dispatched.

4. Statutory Cooling Off Period

You are entitled to cancel your order for any reason until, but no later than, the end of the 5th working day after the day of receipt of the order. Goods can only be returned for this reason only if they are unused. In order for us to provide a full refund, all goods, box contents, and packaging must be returned. It is your responsibilty to ensure that the goods are properly packaged in their original boxes. We unconditionally reserve the right to not refund in full if the goods do not reach us in a suitable condition.

When an order is cancelled you will have to pay the carriage costs for returning the goods to our warehouse. If you do not arrange to return the goods to us, you must make the goods available for collection at your expense from the address to which they were delivered.

Once you have informed us that you have changed your mind and wish to return goods, you have 10 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received by our warehouse, we will issue a full refund for the product via your original payment method.

Instructions on how to return merchandise:
Before you return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number by calling 0843289513. Once you have obtained this number, place the merchandise into a shipping box. Do not write on or place stickers on the merchandise box. Write the RMA number on the outer shipping box and address the box to: Returns@HDCCTV Solutions, 105 Seafront Estate, Hayling Island, Havant, Hampshire, PO11 9JL.

 Contact us at HDCCTVsolutions.co.uk/contact us for any queries reference the above terms. All goods returned without prior agreement will not be accepted.

Note:
1. All returns must be shipped prepaid.
2. All returned merchandise must be in new condition with the original box, packing material, manuals, and accessories.
3. HD CCTV Solutions are not responsible for personal items left in the merchandise or in the returned box.
4. Defective items are repaired or replaced at our discretion for the same model or a comparable model item.
5. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days.

No return or exchange on these parts:
1. All computer software
2. All special order merchandise

Pricing:
Every effort is made to ensure the pricing of items displayed on this site is correct, if however, a pricing error occurs then HD CCTV Solutions reserve the right to make a correction to this price and charge any order at that corrected price. We may do this without notice. Any orders made at any incorrect price will be held and you the customer imformed of the price change.

Availabilty:
While we make every effort to ensure all items are available for immediate dispatch this however is not always possible. We reserve the right to dispatch the item when it becomes available to us and any unavoidable delays that occur cannot be the responsibilty of  HD CCTV Solutions. 

International Shipments
Shipments outside the UK will require a few additional days to reach you due to Customs. Import policies differ from country to country, it is your responsibility to contact your local customs office for information on duty that may be due on certain items. The charge you receive from HD CCTV Solutions covers the cost of the merchandise and shipping only. Customs fees, excise duties, and local taxes may apply to your order and will be additional to the shipment charges. All additional costs and charges are the responsibility of the customer. HD CCTV Solutions have no control over these additional charges, nor can we predict what amount they may add up to. All product manuals will be dispatched in english unless otherwise stated or requested. Electrical requirements of products differ from country to country and products dispatched may have different electrical requirements from the country of destination, any conversion device required is NOT supplied and is not the responsibility of HD CCTV Solutions.

5. Refurbished Products

Refurbished products were once faulty items that have been restored to full working order by the manufacturer. Any malfunctioning parts are fixed or replaced, the product is then thoroughly cleaned and tested to make sure it is working correctly and safe to use. These refurbished products are then carefully repackaged as new, ready for sale. Please be aware that a refurbished product may show very minor signs of pre-assembly. The refurbishing process is carried in full by the manufacturer. All refurbished items are sold with manufacturer's warranty.

6. Defective Products

If you receive a faulty or defective item please contact the helpdesk telephone number of the manufacturer, found in the product's user manual. Manufacturers have differing policies for dealing with goods that are found to be defective. The manufacturer may replace the item, send out parts to you direct or arrange an engineer visit. No cost will be charged to you in any event.

7. Warranty

If an item develops a fault within its warranty period, your warranty is provided by the manufacturer. Warranty often applies inside the UK only. Check your user manual for more information.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy by the enforcement of a strict company privacy policy. We will never contact you via unsolicited email. (In accordance with the Privacy & Electronic Communications Act passed into law 11 Dec 03). We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses.

9. Complaints & Correspondence

Complaints can be made via telephone, in writing to the address shown below. We will make every effort to respond to any complaints within 7 working days.
